This year we are excited to welcome Malcolm Gladwell, Best-Selling Author, as a keynote presenter. Based on his book Outliers: The Story of Success, Mr. Gladwell will explore the importance of both the individual and the environment in explaining extraordinary success.

About Malcolm Gladwell

Malcolm Gladwell has been a staff writer with The New Yorker magazine since 1996. He is the author of What the Dog Saw, Outliers, Blink and The Tipping Point. Gladwell has an incomparable gift for interpreting new ideas in the social sciences and making them understandable, practical and valuable to business and general audiences alike. In 2005, Time Magazine named him one of its 100 Most Influential People.
